Hi, I’m Nicole.

I built this because the self-development space started to feel like noise and no one needs another guru telling them what to do.

After years of doing the work, personally and professionally, I noticed something: self-development has become isolating. The space is loud, salesy, and crowded with people claiming to have all the answers. You hear things like “disappear for a while to work on your success”. Maybe that works—if you don’t have the right network. But what do we really need?

Authenticity. Connection. Real Results.

I am a yoga teacher, lifestyle coach, and the founder of
The Conscious Girls Club.

I’ve spent over a decade in the wellness space—studying human behavior, building better habits, and watching how women evolve when they feel seen, supported, and surrounded by the right energy. After the pandemic, many of our local yoga studios disappeared. If you were lucky, these studios were more than just exercise. These were places where thoughts, experiences and new concepts for living were shared. Where we showed up for ourselves but very much so for the community, as well. We lost our neighborhood sanctuaries—spaces where we used to gather, grow, and talk about living more conscious lives. I’ve also witnessed what happens when women come together not to fix themselves, but to manifest with momentum.

I created The Conscious Girls Club to build on what works: community, shared intention and structure that actually supports your goals. This is a space where science-backed strategies meet real-life lifestyle design. Whether you're trying to improve your confidence, level up your health and habits, or get over something, the framework applies. The process meets you where you are. I’m here to lead—but not preach. We grow side by side here. I hope this space feels like the thing you didn’t know you needed, or maybe you did. A place to feel supported, connected, and equipped with the structure to truly grow.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

My mission is to create a container for women who feel a deep pull toward living more expansive, aligned lives alongside others on the same path.

After years of chasing quick fixes and pouring money into programs that promised transformation, I realized something powerful: no one else has our answers. However, there’s immense value and necessity in an effective framework, researched tools, and community.

My hope is CGC makes you feel:

-Supported & Connected
-Grounded & Empowered
-Equipped & Accomplished

Private Membership. Public Transformation.

At the center of CGC is the community, a private, high-vibe space.

Backed by neuroscience and energy psychology, the community is where transformation gains traction. Daily check-ins, shared insights, and built-in accountability make it easier to stay consistent and feel supported while you do. This is the friend group you’ve been calling in: thoughtful, growth-minded, and here to go all in on living better.

Club Amenities

A suite of member-only resources designed for clarity, alignment, and follow-through.

Inside, you’ll find weekly planning guides, journaling prompts, and frameworks for aligned action. These are the materials members return to—simple, strategic, and built for momentum.

The Club’s Weekly Assembly.

These guided sessions are your launch point for the week. Designed to align mind, body, and action.

Each session introduces a focused theme and includes a yoga practice for somatic integration, so the work lands both mentally and physically. You’ll get insight, clarity, and tools to co-create a personal plan you’ll follow for the rest of the week—built around mindset shifts, habit upgrades, and nervous system regulation. This is where intention becomes action, and each week builds on the last.

Club Rites: Integration

The bridge between insight and embodiment.

We take what’s been explored and synthesize it into the body through yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Then, through collaborative action planning, we align your weekly intentions with real-life movement. It’s where clarity becomes practice—and where progress becomes personal.
